Term Charges from 1st September 2010

Tuition Fees

As a registered charity the Trustees aim to keep the fees as low as possible, which from September 2010 are £1,620 per term, Siblings qualify for a 5% discount

The school has a charitable status, and offers charitable bursaries up to 100% of the Tuition fees (subject to means testing) available each September and application should be made by March 1st each year on forms that are available from the School Secretary.

The School is a member of the Surrey Early Years Development Plan for 3 and 4 year olds and £41.50 per week (average 12 week term) is offset against fees.

Lunches

School lunches costs are calculated on a daily basis and charged per term in advance.   We encourage all children to eat school lunch. Lunches are charged termly and a minimum of one terms notice is required if lunch is no longer required, otherwise a refund cannot be guaranteed.

Optional Charges

Milk is also available, and again costs are calculated on a daily basis and is charged per term in advance, again one terms notice is required if milk is no longer required;

After School Clubs notified in advance, when available.

Other charges

Registration Fee (Non Returnable) £60.00
Deposit (half current term's fees) £810.000 (2010-2011).  The deposit will be refunded at the end of the scheduled final term, i.e. Summer Term Year 6. (If a child is withdrawn before the final term of year 6 then the deposit is non-refundable.)

Payment of Fees

All fees are payable strictly in advance and become due on the first day of term. Late payment of fees is subject to an administration levy.

Fees may be paid using Holmwoods Term time Credit direct debit system. Holmwoods make a service charge of 2.75% per term for this facility. The school strongly recommends the use of this facility and forms are available from the School.

Cheques should be made payable to Redehall Preparatory School Foundation Ltd. Cash must be handed to the Secretary and a receipt obtained. No rebate of fees is allowed by the school for absence.
