Excellence for every child

Daniel says “It was a great day and full of learning.”   Emma says “I would definitely go there again.”   Olivia says “It was a great opportunity to see how people lived during the war.”

On Monday 1st December, Y6 visited the Imperial War Museum as part of their study of WW2.  We travelled by train and underground which was very exciting, and managed to arrive safely.  Our visit included The Children’s War exhibition, The Great Hall, The World War 2 exhibition and we also had enough time to find out what it would have been like in the trenches of World War 1.  Everyone was fascinated by what they saw on the day and we would like to thank Mrs. Puddephatt who accompanied us.
